NEW YORK, March 13, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – (NYSE: AFT) - Apollo Senior Floating Rate Fund Inc. (the “Fund”) today announced the declaration of its distribution for the month of March 2023 of $0.113 per common share, payable on the first day of March for an aggregate 3.27 percent common stock, or 3.26%, based on sales of the fund on March 4. The initial payment for the quarter will be realized on a fixed basis, which may be as little as 3 percent over the previous quarter, provided that the fund’s operating income (OIR) is in excess of $0.50 per share.
